System Shimamura（以下「運営者」）は、アプリ「Tokira」（以下「本アプリ」）と本アプリのウェブサイトで取り扱う情報について、個人情報の保護に関する法律その他の法令を守り、次のとおり取り扱います。

取得する情報

本アプリは、アカウントの登録が不要で、運営者に情報を送信しません。計測した時間、タグ、設定などの記録は、お客様の端末の中にだけ保存されます。購入の手続きは Apple が行うため、決済情報を運営者が受け取ることもありません。

運営者が取得するのは、ウェブサイトを閲覧したときの通信の記録（IP アドレス、ブラウザの種類など）と、サポートページのお問い合わせフォームから送信いただいた内容（お名前、メールアドレス、お問い合わせの内容など）だけです。

利用目的

取得した情報は、お問い合わせへの対応と、ウェブサイトの運用（不正なアクセスの防止など）のためにだけ利用します。

第三者への提供

運営者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供しません。本アプリには、広告や利用状況の分析のための外部のサービスを組み込んでおらず、トラッキングも行いません。

保存期間と削除

本アプリの記録は端末の中にだけあり、本アプリを削除すると削除されます。お問い合わせの内容は、対応とその後の継続対応に必要な期間保管し、通信の記録は1週間ほどで削除されます。お問い合わせの内容の削除をご希望の場合は、お問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。

安全管理

取得した情報は、漏えい、紛失、不正なアクセスを防ぐよう、適切に管理します。

System Shimamura (“we”) handles information in the Tokira app (“the App”) and on the App’s website as described below, in compliance with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws.

Information we collect

The App has no accounts and sends no information to us. Your records, such as timed sessions, tags, and settings, are stored only on your device. Purchases are handled by Apple, so we never receive your payment details.

We collect only connection records when you visit our website (such as your IP address and browser type) and what you send with the contact form on our Support page (such as your name, email address, and message).

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your inquiries and to run our website, including preventing abuse.

Sharing with third parties

We don’t provide the information we collect to third parties, except as required or permitted by law. The App contains no third-party advertising or analytics services, and it doesn’t track you.

Retention and deletion

Your records exist only on your device and are deleted when you delete the App. Inquiries are kept as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up, and connection records are deleted after about a week. To have your inquiry deleted, please contact us using the contact form.

Security

We take appropriate measures to protect the information we collect against leaks, loss, and unauthorized access.
